Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Not up there with summer snow, but pretty damn close as it IS one of my favorite dramas.
Antique [アンティーク〜西洋骨董洋菓子店] less than zero [Rating: 1/10] it's a shame i can only give a 1 to this debacle, for it deserves even less than that. EASILY the worst drama i've seen, not even one of my favorite actor, abe-san could have save this. the acting was ok i suppose, but the storyline totally blew. i could not follow the story (meaning didn't even spark an interest) and stopped after 7 eps, asking myself when is the ���݂��낢 part going to happen?
Alas, that part never came and this still remains the only drama I have started but not finished because it just sucked.
Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] not the best i've seen, but pretty darn close... [Rating: 9/10] A solid 8, nah, i'll give it a 9. easily one of the best drama i've ever seen. nicely produced, good casting, and very heart warming series. even though you knew the inevidible was gonna happen, it made you stayed with the story, and THAT is a mark of an unforgettable drama.
Mukodono! [ムコ殿/女婿大人] better than i had expected [Rating: 7/10] i thought this was gonna be sort of a cornball kind of dorama,but to my surprise it was actually pretty good.
Otousan [おとうさん] ���Ƃ����� [Rating: 8/10] a very solid 8, this series. very well produced. at first, i have to admit, i only got it to see fukuda and Iijima-san. but as the story developed, i really got into it. there were a couple of places that were a bit predictable, but in what doramas there aren't any? :)
Whiteout japanese die hard [Rating: 7/10] although a pretty entertaining film, i can't help to think that this movie is very similar to die hard with bruce willis. for a JPN movie, this seems very "hollywood-y"
Yamato Nadeshiko [やまとなでしこ【大和撫子】] a little better than avg [Rating: 6/10] It was pretty good up until the end, which was kind of mediocre, and just decent. I'd give it a 6.5, but there are no haves in this scale.
