Nodame Cantabile [のだめ カンタビ−レ] One of the best dramas I have watched. Loved the plot, the humor, the cast and everything about it!
Pride [プライド] Really good drama potraying ice hockey and the combination of the sport with the plot is good.

Kimura Takuya [木村拓哉] Awesome actor and singer.He is a good leading man who often brings the roles he potrays to life.Good looking too.
Nakama Yukie [仲間由紀恵] Noticed her only in Gokusen. She's stunningly beautiful and a great actress.
Ninomiya Kazunari [二宮和也] My no 1 fave member in Arashi. Watched him initially in Namida O fuite and later on his other dramas.He's multi talented,a great actor and dancer.
Takeuchi Yuko [竹内結子] My fave actress! She has matured a lot over the years. Someone with an oriental beauty in my opinion.
Tamaki Hiroshi [玉木宏] Love his performance in Nodame. He's an extremely talented guy. Would want to see him more in other shows.
Ueno Juri [上野樹里] One of the young actress to look out for. She's a rising star. Love her in swing girls and Nodame!

Akimahende! [あきまへんで！] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) The housekeeper is hilarious.I enjoyed the way she managed the house and with each family member's problems.
Beach boys [ビーチボーイズ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Beautiful plot.My first watched j-drama.
Dragon Zakura [ドラゴン桜] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Quite a cool drama with the examination study techniques. The story plot's abt the same as any other high school drama though.
Engine [エンジン] Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched) An excellent drama revolving kids.I was surprised at the results of his final race though.
Gokusen [ごくせん] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) I gotta admit I wasn't interested in watching this initially but I got hooked to it.It's an awesome drama.Jun's acting really improved.
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん２] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) After watching both versions,I felt that both live up to its standards.This cast may not be like the original but the chemistry with the teacher is still there.Story plot is about the same.You should watch this!I love this class as much as the first class.
Kindaichi shonen no jikenbo 1 [金田一少年の事件簿 1] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) This drama got me started on reading the comics.I love the mystery,and the acting.As compared to the newer cast in kindaichi 3,I thought the original cast was way better.
Yasashii Jikan [優しい時間] Rating: 6/10 (Bought & Watched) It's a slow plot,a little too slow for me sometimes.I enjoyed the father-son relationship thing but the in between stories that happened was a little too draggy for me.Watched it initially for Nino.He gave a wonderful performance here.

Engine [エンジン] Something different [Rating: 10/10] If you're looking for some element of romance in this drama,there is little in here.It focus around the kids in the orphanage and Jiro.The car racing part was exciting,even though it was towards the end.I enjoyed the connection Kimura had with the individual kids.
I'm definately in love with Kimura's character in here.He's like a big kid not wanting to grow up,which probably explains why the kids are able to click with him more than Koyuki.
Something I'll recommend to fans or non fans of Kimura and Koyuki.An excellent drama worth watching.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！] Awesome drama! [Rating: 10/10] This drama is one of the best I've watched.Awesome cast and nice plot.The last 3 episodes were the most touching part.Takuya did a good job in this show and his chemistry with the lead lady is fantastic.I'll recommend watching this.
Handoku [ハンドク] Bad Ending [Rating: 7/10] It's a nice drama with an awesome cast like Nino,Tomaya and Rina but the ending isn't as good.It's quite a funny drama too.
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Must Watch!! [Rating: 10/10] Probably one of the best dramas I've watched. You have a mix of characters. Shuji the popular one, Nobuta the shy unpopular new girl that constantly gets bullied and Akira the funny guy. Together,they create a unique friendship which eventually develops after each obstacle. I love their constant attempts to change Nobuta and eventually how realistic the change actually was in the end.
Pride [プライド] Takuya scores again! [Rating: 10/10] Yet another fantastic drama from our lead actor.No one else will have carried this role out better than him.Although it was a typical role,one thing that was good about this show is the chemistry among the iceman.I enjoyed watching their bonding,their games and how they looked out for each other.It's also a romantic flick with the right theme songs for the right moment.Definately a must watch.
Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi [空から降る一億の星] A must watch. [Rating: 10/10] I feel compelled to write a review for this immediately after watching.It is by far,one of the best drama I've watched.Kimura's character here is extrememly different from the other roles he has played.You see his role manipulating different woman and it makes you despise him.
However,as the show moves on,you'll see a lost lonely young child inside Ryo.It's a rollercoaster ride in this show.But you'll grow to love it.The soundtrack is great too,adding on to the suspense in the series.
Definately a dark series with an unexpected tragic ending.I'll recommend this to anyone who loves a good mystery.
Umizaru [海猿] Sugoi!! [Rating: 9/10] This is a fantastic movie starring Ito Hideaki.I like the friendship brought out in this movie,the bonding among the trainees.It's really touching and worth watching.
