Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) touching drama with great actors. i enjoyed how they dealt with the issue of handicap/illness in relationships. very moving.
Egao no Hosoku [笑顔の法則] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Takeuchi Yuko plays an assistant to Hiroshi Abe. Very comical characters in this drama, and the setting is in a traditional Japaneese style resort. beautiful.
Gakkou no sensei [ガッコの先生] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) First drama with Dohmoto Tsuyoshi I saw. Impressive actor. Takeuchi Yuko's presence was the big draw, though. Good chemisty between the two.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Addicting to watch. Shibasaki Kou is good at the stoic tough girl. Same with Tsutsumi Shinichi. Lots of good actors in this one.
GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 9/10 Very cool drama about an unconventional teacher. Incredibly beautiful Matsushima Nanako. Sorimachi Takashi is cool!
Haru Ranman [春ランマン] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Another colorful drama with beatiful scenery. Interesting relationships between the characters. Really liked the theme song.
Hotman [ホットマン] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Nice to see Sorimachi in a more responsible role as single father and eldest brother. Yada Akiko is so pretty. No surprise lots of us guys have a thing for nurses.
Itsumo futari de [いつもふたりで] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Liked both Matsu Takako and Sakaguchi Kenji. This is a great drama about friendship and relatioships. Mitsunaga Ryota's theme song "Always" very catchy.
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) I was constantly rooting for Yamaguchi Tomoko in this drama, because of her character's cheerful and upbeat personality. Nice drama.
Lunch no Joou [ランチの女王] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) The first drama I saw with Takeuchi Yuko. Wonderful! The theme of food always gave me an appetite. Great actors and great story. Very enjoyable.
Odoru Daisousasen [踊る大捜査線] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Different pace of drama than I'm accostumed to. However, very interesting. Liked Eri Fukatsu and Oda Yuji. Yanagiba Toshiro is so cool though. He even earns my respect! Mizuno Miki was a definite plus in this drama!
Okaasan to isshou [お義母さんといっしょ] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Very excited to see Mizuno Miki in a lead role. She's a beautiful and very talented actress. Very interesting family structure in this drama.
Yamato Nadeshiko [やまとなでしこ【大和撫子】] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) Very engaging drama about a gold-digger flight attendant and an unlucky son of a fish-shop owner. Great acting by all characters. Must-see!
