Abe Hiroshi [阿部寛] This guy just rocks. From a one-armed gimp in Musashi to a restaurant owner in My Little Chef to a manga artist in Egao no Hosoku...this guy's a great actor IMO.
Ishihara Satomi [石原さとみ] Seen her in the past couple of episodes of Yoshitsune. Very pretty. Young too...I can't seem to help it.
Konishi Manami [小西真奈美] Pretty, delicate looking actress. Beautiful eyes. She seems like she has more acting ability, but I really need to see her in a leading role.
Uchiyama Rina [内山理名] So pretty and petite! She's been great in the programs I've seen her in.
Ueno Juri [上野樹里] Very kawaii actress with great comedic timing, and great acting style in general.
Ueto Aya [上戸彩] She's a beautiful and talented young woman. If she were a bit older, I wouldn't feel so dirty....
Yamada Takayuki [山田孝之] Er...I don't think he's attractive or anything since I'm not gay, but he's really cool in H2. Totally different from Churasan, the only other drama I've seen him in.
Egao no Hosoku [笑顔の法則] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Entertaining...and it has one of my favorite J-actors in it. And it's about a manga artist in hiding. Oh...Yuko's pretty cute too.
H2~Kimi to itahibi [2〜君といた日々] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Starting this one...great so far. I don't think a drama has hooked me this fast. I like how it's about baseball, but not really about baseball. Having Satomi-chan is a plus.
Hitonatsu no Papa e [ひと夏のパパへ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Entertaining so far. Plus, it has Aya in it, which is...a plus.
Kiken na Aneki [危険なアネキ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) A great series. Not just because Ito Misaki is cute in it...the show is funny, and has made me laugh, which is enough. It seemed to end a little abruptly though.
Koi Seyo Otome [恋セヨ乙女] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) Predictable, but entertaining and at times charming.
Musashi [武蔵] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Great taiga-dorama. More of an adaptation of Eiji Yoshikawa's novel, but it does a fine job with that too.
My Little Chef Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Nice gem of a series, amusing and funny. It's almost like Seri has culinary superpowers! Also...two words: Ueto Aya.
Ns' Aoi [Ns’ あおい ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Slightly predictable, but a nice twist on the hospital drama with the "hospital from hell" theme. I've never read the manga, but I'll give Satomi 10/10.
Sakura [さくら] Rating: 5/10 (Watched) Fun to watch, although it got a little bogged down in areas compared to Churasan.
Seikei Bijin [整形美人。] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) I thought it was a good and entertaining comedy. Ryoko was over course, beautiful and funny. The only negative I found is that I didn't think the show probed too much into the underlying reasons why people want to make themselves look "better."
Shinsengumi [新撰組] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Nice mix of fiction/historical fact and seriousness/humor. Ending could have been slightly better IMHO.
Toshiie to Matsu [利家とまつ] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Great dramatization of lesser known figures from the end of the sengoku-jidai, although Hideyoshi and his wife Onene are prominent.
Wakaba [わかば] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Great drama so far.
Yoshitsune [義経] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Pretty cool so far, especially since I just learned about this period in Japanese history.
