Dekichatta Kekkon [できちゃった結婚] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) very cool and wacky show, yutaka is so funny, yet pitiful at times when he encounters trouble~! Once again, Hirosue at her best~! I find the ending a little too utopian...
Food fight [フードファイト] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) Repetitive, but the love story between kyoko and that SMAP guy is good... luckily there's the special episode to tie up some loose strings, 'cos the ending for the series was really... lamely unfinished~!
Golden Bowl [ゴールデンボウル] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Similar concept to Food Fight, Kaneshiro faces off with another bowling opponent in every episode. Storyline is rather weak. The main point of the drama, the competition, also gets inevitably repetitive. Nevertheless, this drama does a good job in helping me end the last hour of my precious weekend~
GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 7/10 Damn, if I ever had such a wacky teacher, it will be awesome~! The things Sorimachi does in this drama, in the real world, he most probably get the sack~!
Home & Away [ホーム＆アウェイ] Rating: 8/10 Cute drama, saw the kawaii part of nakayama miho~! Well, she plays Kaede, who got lost during a pre-wedding trip, and never seem to find her way home. But throughout her fantastical journey, she learns more about relationships, married life and importance of family bonds. A light-hearted drama, but the underlying values it portrays are very meaningful...
Itsumo futari de [いつもふたりで] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Unfortunately, it is another cliche love story of 2 childhood friends in their adulthood. However, the cast of interesting characters add just enough twists to the story to prevent me from giving it just an average rating. Nevertheless, it's a nice drama to end my Sunday nights...
Koishite Shinitai [恋して死にたい] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Not bad, Dohmoto is good in this show, though a little proud and mcp at times. Overall, it just shows that true love pays off in the end...
Pride [プライド] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Great drama. Damn, when was the last time I watched such an awesome production!? The ending was predictable in my opinion, but the way the story played out, especially the rush of events in the finale, really deserves 2 thumbs up.
Summer snow Rating: 9/10 (Watched) A great show. The romance is simple yet powerful. Tsuyoshi played such a wonderful character in the show, it really sux to see him depart the world in the last episode... having sacrificed himself to save a child, indeed a role model of this modern society...

Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] Touching story... [Rating: 9/10] well, the whole drama was indeed heart-warming... last event was indeed sad, but it seems that kyoko will live forever in Shinji's heart, a concept very much similar to that of Summer Snow. The only down part, in my opinion, is the death of kyoko. Why such wonderful stories must end like this? I still yet to come across a drama that has such a powerful storyline as well as a happy ending...

Love Revolution [ラブレボリューション] Good Drama [Rating: 7/10] A funny romance drama... Shows how 30-something women can get so paranoid and desperate for men, haha... Esumi rulz~! Yunekura Ryoko isn't bad either, quite pleasant for her to marry that cook in the end~
Summer snow Great drama... [Rating: 8/10] Summer Snow is indeed an excellent production. It weaves a simple yet powerful love story. Tsuyoshi playing the role of a fatherly figure as well as a self-sacrificing lover, very suitable in my opinion! Hirosue looked her very best in this drama too. In fact, she is one of my favourite female jap artistes~
