This is drama that I first set eyes on Nagase. he plays a juvenile delinquent who has to work on days and study by night. He then make friends with a few students,and this is the story of their friendship, in their struggle
to make through their teen life and studies. Kassy, Miki Sakai and a few others make up his grp friends. of cozthere are love triangles and problems, but at the end,it gets better and Nagase even pursue his studies oversea.
an inspiring look at friendship and school years that we've left behind for good. I like it coz it reminds me of my school days.. |

To me, this drama wuz realli realli bad . . . I mean I didn't even get the story well! So I gave it another chance to watch it again and I found it worse than da first time I've watched it! I watched cuz of Kassy . . . but I hafta agree that the drama specialz were pretty good! They are Spring of 19, Wind of 20 and the newest one from 2002 called reunion! I would only recommend the drama specialz! |

Actually I only watched this show recently (2007) though it was broadcast more than 10 years ago. The initial reason why I watched it was for the sake of Kassy (he's cho hansamu in it... as always), but later grew to like the drama because I thought what the characters experienced (like dreams, job searches, future etc) kinda reminded me of myself and the situation I'm in. |

i borrowed this drama vcd from my friend (who's a super big fan of Kassy) ... this drama is rather slow in pace ... but it's abt teenagers' dreams and future .... liked the feel of how they filmed it .. first 17 yrs old ... then 19 yrs old .. then 20 ... it seems like we're watching the characters growing up ~~ hehez ~~ the background music was nice ~~ |

Watched 4 episodes so far. This convey the sentiments of those leaving school but uncertain of the future very well, in a quiet, subtle way. The pacing is slow, and not much really happens, but somehow I was always interested. I think the direction has a lot to do with that. |

There were good reviews for this drama. I bought it because it stars my favourite actor Nagase Tomoya. It also stars Kasiwabara. All of them are very young. I think all of them were less than 20 years old in this drama. However, I thought this drama was a bit draggy. |

Wow nagase actually *had* very nice hair. For any Gilmore Girls fan (WB drama in north america), you will find negase looked like Dean. I am totally drawn to the story line. Brought me back my high school year. |

A quite realistic coming of age drama about provincial high school kids. I was fresh at university when this first aired. I wish I could have watched this back then. It is also fun to watch a puppy Nagase Tomoya. |

I loved this especially the theme song and the theme of the manga, Nagase's role in this is different from what we normally see him in recently. I didn't like the SP's that follow though...they are depressing! |

Very meaningful drama; brought back memories from my own highschool days as well. Good cast, great plots and a beautiful theme song. Love it!
