Hitotsu yane no shita 1 [ひとつ屋根の下 1] Interesting, different and well acted by everyone from beginning to end. One of the best dramas I've ever seen
Hitotsu yane no shita Season 2 [ひとつ屋根の下 2] It was an excellent sequel, but also excellent in it's storywise in it's own right--which few sequels can do. I laughed, I cried, I vented to and with my mom (it's one of the few dramas she watched with me from beginning to end), I laughed, I loved.
Hoshi no kinka 1 [星の金貨] One of the best dramas I've ever seen. The acting is wonderful and the story pulls you in right from the beginning
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] The first one I watched still the best. Romantic without being sappy and great performances! Plus a really cool soundtrack
Ningen no Shoumei [人間の証明] This drama was so excellent! Yutaka was wonderful as always--he amazes me each time. This story was dramatic, suspenseful and well acted all around.
Kimura Takuya [木村拓哉] I know everyone loves him cause he's sexy and hot and cool (and he's all of these things), but he's also a really really good actor. He brings a realism to all of his roles that I just love. He has this raw, honest way in his acting that makes him one of my faves.
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched) Best drama ever! I can watch this over and over (and have so much that I had to go out and buy it again cause I overwatched my copy). Everyone does an excellent job. Love love love it.
My Little Chef Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Interesting, well acted...really enjoyed.
Ningen no Shoumei [人間の証明] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Yutaka is amazing in this drama. The story is pretty interesting as well.
Hero This show is so overrated [Rating: 2/10] The only reason it's get a two from me is because it has Takuya in it. I found the show dull and the characters annoying.
Hitonatsu no Papa e [ひと夏のパパへ] Pretty good [Rating: 8/10] I really liked this drama. Aya was really good, and the chemistry bewteen her and Ikki made the show (while I thought everyone was good--they just made this show for me).
Hitotsu yane no shita 1 [ひとつ屋根の下 1] Classic [Rating: 9/10] This drama is one of the best I've seen. Everyone in it was excellent from beginning to end. Well worth the sequel too (as many drama sequels are not in my opinion)
Hitotsu yane no shita Season 2 [ひとつ屋根の下 2] I think I may like it better than the original [Rating: 9/10] I go back and forth, but I want to give this a 9.5 (while I gave the original a 9). Keiji Ichiro [刑事★イチロー] Waste of Time [Rating: 4/10] This is one of the worst dramas I've seen. I only give it a 4 because I'm sure there has to be worse ones, but I just haven't seen them yet, thank God. With the exception of a couple of people, mainly Hosaka Naoki, the acting was horrible. The plot started off okay, but soon took a huge nosedive.
Kochira Hon Ikegami Sho [こちら本池上署] It was an okay show [Rating: 6/10] It was cute, nothing too deep, but a decent way to pass some time. I don't recommend seeing more than one or two series of it though. It gets really redundant.
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] The best of the best [Rating: 10/10] The first one I saw and still one of, if not the best. I watch this over and over and never get tired of it.
My Little Chef I really liked it [Rating: 8/10] It started off kind of slow, but then really picked up. I liked watching the main characters grow and change...they each had their own stories and things to deal with. And the audience had the smaller mini-stories almost every episode to keep us entertained while we waited to see how the main stories would turn out. The acting was great, and I was sorry to see it end :-( I could have watched a couple of more episodes :-)
Saigo no koi [最後の恋] This show was great [Rating: 9/10] Interesting from beginning to end. Loved it.
