Anego [アネゴ] Definetely gives the type of woman alot of guys would love to go for. Delicate on the outside, strong on the inside. I've seen Akatsuki perform in Mukodono but nothing as sensitive and womanly as Anego. Though at times I must admit she can get a bit macho. Great Drama, geared towards guys as much as women in my opinion
Densha Otoko [電車男] first exposure to miho shiraishi and the itoh misaki... definetely the cutest misaki performance out of all she's done... not to mention the itoh is perfect as an otaku.
Itoshi Kimie [愛し君へ] very underrated.... the story is much more mature throughout, until the ending where sadly romance wins... again.
Orange Days [オレンジデイズ] Without a doubt, one of the best college dramas. (if not the only one) Kou Shibasaki's performance is out of this world. Kai gives a very emotional performance. The other characters add great flavors to the drama as they are not exactly the coolest or the most biggest losers. Just normal people that become great friends.
Summer snow first exposure to hirosue ryoko....my god the fineness.

Abe Hiroshi [阿部寛] Sadly in Japanese Hollywood, actors that are old can't make it as popular as some. But I definetely believe if he started as early Kimutaku, Kimutaku wouldn't even be able to hold a candle to him.
Hirosue Ryoko [広末涼子] beyond her unbelievably great looks, she has already held a number of roles from the arrogant girl in Long Vacation... to irresistible cuteness in Summer Snow..... not to mention a little french in Wasabi.
Itoh Misaki [伊東美咲] If every woman was like her, it would mean the end of the world for the male race as we know it.
Kimura Takuya [木村拓哉] Every guy will admit, hands down, KimuTaku is the epitome of guy. He doesn't play the sensitive, suave or smooth talker. But rather the epitome of cool and macho without the "bad boy". Simply incredible.
Takeuchi Yuko [竹内結子] She mostly plays warm characters that any guy can fall in love with. You can't help but fall for her on screen.

Byakuyakou [白夜行] Melodramatic w/ no plausible plot [Rating: 2/10] Let's see... After watching the first 3 episodes, you think to yourself. This is implausible. But I can't stop watching the ever-so-slow plot and melodramatic tragic characters. It makes no sense, but I can't stop watching cos I want to see how it probably explodes in some form or another in the end. I put this somewhere close to koukou kyoshi. Crazy. Over the top. Making it all of a sudden seem comical. Cos you can't relate to the insanity at all. Why watch you say? Now that maybe a question we will never know the answer to.
Hokaben [ホカベン] The worst depiction of a japanese lawyer [Rating: 1/10] I work at a law firm and am striving to become a lawyer myself.
If you're entertained by some heart-wrenchers, fine. But remember this.
1. Fresh bar-exam passers/lawyers - NEVER touch a case by themselves, they stick with an experience lawyer until he/she says "ok, give him some work".
2. NO ONE becomes a lawyer for justice.
3. If Doumoto Akari (Ueto Aya's character) were truly a lawyer, she would be fired immediately and not hired by any firm for any reason.
