Densha Otoko [電車男] Densha Otoko is very unique and very heart-warming. No wonder this show is so succesful. I LOVE IT!
Gokusen [ごくせん] Not as good as GTO, but it's definitely up there! And that in itself is quite an amazing feat. A very nice, heartwarming and entertaining drama.
GTO [麻辣教師] GTO is a classic. It has the power to leave you breathless and overwhelmed with feelings to such an extent that it's almost ridiculous, at the end of EVERY episode. Great series!
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] Words cannot begin to describe the emotions i was going through while watching 1 litre of tears. I haven't cried like this for 10 years! It was a pleasure to watch Sawajiri Erika playing Aya, she's just one of the most awesome actresses I have ever seen. Plus she's smoking hot ;-) It's a masterpiece!!
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ] This show is something special. It left me in tears or on the verge of tears in every episode. I'm not afraid to admit that. But then again this is probably one of the saddest dramas out there. There's no doubt about this TV-series being better than the movie, even though that was quite good as well. I loved having the privilege of watching the beautiful relationship unfold between Saku and Aki. They both won an award for the show and so they should. Wonderful and very sad show.
Strawberry on the shortcake [ストロベリー・オンザ・ショートケーキ] Everything works in this drama. A great cast that seems to have a lot of good chemistry among them.. and it shows! A very heartwarming show all in all, so definitely one of the better dramas out there.
Water Boys [ウォーターボーイズ] The movie was wonderful and the series is better I think, which is probably because the series has more time to grow on you and the bond that's created between the 5 boys therefore seems stronger and more real. Very good show with an amazing finale episode.
Water Boys Season 2 [ウォーターボーイズ2] A had NO IDEA that sequels could be this good! I think I actually like it better than the original Waterboys, which is just so awesome and surprising for me. It's so GOOD and HEARTWARMING and FUNNY, it's really a true great Jdrama in my book.

Ayase Haruka [綾瀬はるか] She's an awesome actress! I loved her performance in Crying Out Love very much, and think she'll be equally great in Byakuyakou.
Fukada Kyoko [深田恭子] I loved her in SOS so much. From the very first episode I knew that the show would be all the more special for having her in it. That says a lot in my opinion. She's definitely my latest crush;-).. she's simply amazing and hot like no other.
Ishihara Satomi [石原さとみ] This girl played very well in the H2 drama, which I loved by the way. Doesn't hurt that she's very pretty as well.
Itoh Misaki [伊東美咲] She's incredible in Densha Otoko. I might even have fallen in love with "Hermes" myself...
Kubozuka Yosuke [窪塚洋介] I really admire his acting in SOS. He kept impressing me throughout the show, which I find very cool. That definitely deserves a vote.
Matsumoto Jun [松本潤] He's seriously so awesome in Gokusen and Hana Yori Dango. It's like he stands out to everybody else involved in the project he's doing. A very admirable actor in my opinion.
Sawajiri Erika [沢尻エリカ] In 1 Litre of Tears she was so amazing that I'm simply in awe! I love this girl, and hope that she makes it really big! Oh, man she's cute!
Shibasaki Kou [柴咲コウ] She's incredible in Orange Days but what really made me vote for her is the fact that she played Mitsuko in my fave movie Battle Royale. I found out just minutes ago actually and that role alone is worth my vote since she was my fave character in the movie!
Yamada Takayuki [山田孝之] So far he's been absolutely brilliant in Waterboys and especially Crying out love, but also H2.
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) The drama has really touched my heart and I really enjoyed the storyline. It captivated me from the very beginning.
Densha Otoko [電車男] Densha Otoko - The Train that keeps on goin'! [Rating: 10/10] I can't believe it took me this long to actually sit down and watch this show. I simply love it! It has so many things going for it, from the amazing opening sequence to the incredible cast. I LOVE DENSHA AND HERMES!
Gokusen [ごくせん] Gokusen [Rating: 10/10] Even though it's not as good as GTO it's still really good. It's stands on its own and should be watched!
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Hana Yori Dango [Rating: 10/10] This drama gave me a good feeling from the beginning. I was very impressed from the very first episode, and I think this is one of the highest budget Jdoramas ever! It must be. I hated F4 to begin with, but after a while I loved them, and also loved that they could see that Makino was no ordinary girl. The only downside to the show has to be the fact that it's only 9 episodes!
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Hana Yori Dango [Rating: 10/10] The drama works very well and is very kawaii! Matsumoto Jun is just an awesome actor and I also really love him in Gokusen. Anyway definitely one of the better jdoramas out there!
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] 1 Litre of Tears [Rating: 10/10] This jdorama is so very special to me. I haven't cried like this since I was about 7 years old. It's one of those rare and precious stories, which is both joyful and painful to sit through at the same time. It's a story, which makes me feel lucky to be here... and well.
A life-altering MASTERPIECE!
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Nobuta Wo Produce [Rating: 10/10] Such an awesome storyline, makes me wish I could read the book. The friendship between Shuji, Nobuta and Akira is really heartwarming. There's just something about the whole drama, which makes it so awesome, refreshing and well told.
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ] Sekaichuu - a tear-jerker [Rating: 10/10] I'm only at episode 7 but this drama has touched my heart like nothing else. Every episode is a tear-jerker in my opinion. The story is also sweet and heartwarming at times but most of the time you'll be close to tears if not crying like there was no tomorrow. Amazing drama and better than the movie.
Water Boys [ウォーターボーイズ] Waterboys Rocked! [Rating: 10/10] The show is simply one of the best ever! The bond between the boys is so beautiful and the actors all did a great job. FANTASTIC Jdrama!
