I must admit had a bit problems with this drama first. It had a slow start and was a bit boring first but it turned out to be really good!
Maybe it was a bit stretched and cheesy sometimes and it was getting better and better with every episode. The cast was excellent and I really felt with the characters. Especially in the dramatic episodes towards the end.
And, as always, I have to bring up Aya�Ls excellent job in portraying such a comlicated (and different from her other roles) character as Nao. | Abarenbo Mama [暴れん坊ママ]

Excellent.
Great cast. Especially Aya can show how good her comedy talent is. She played drama roles most of the time but she is as good in comedy roles.

Shimokita Sundays had a good idea and story behind it but lacked of originallity and should have been way more funny.
They could have done much more with the idea and good cast.
There were many stetched and boring times and I watched it mainly because of Aya.
However, the cast and story were good.
And, as always I have to say how excellent Aya was ^_^
With her great way to play Yuika she really was the best part about SS. Super cute and funny.
But I must say that SS later became better with every episode. The last 2-3 were quite good. It had a slow start though. | Stand UP!!

I�Lve started to watch it because of Yumiko but I must say I was impressed how good it was till now.
I�Lve only seen the first 5 episodes (waiting for the rest to be subbed) but I think Stand up!! is very funny, well played and has a very good cast. | |
