hopefully not... she's still doing the voices for those animes she has contracts with (like Fairy Tail, etc) but she wont be taking on new roles.
Yeah, it sad, I hope she gets better soon.

she is legendary when it comes to seiyuu's, quite extraordinary in her talents and is a great singer, she is still quite young in her 20's, and would hope she can resume her career once she recovers, hopefully.

That dude is already gone for all intents and purposes...just another pony on the minister's merry go round.

Japan goes through prime ministers quicker than an otaku goes through used school girl panties.

Well the special was discontinued until the restaurant finds a new distributor. Puppy Dog Eyes

They said to check back in a few weeks. We went to Outback for Surf and Turf instead.

We did. The sirloin and stone crabs were delicious.

OT - watching The Voice finals. First time I've seen it, very good talents. One of the Judges did something very inappropriate at the end. Wonder if it will be news.

Nothing like a little splurging on vacation. The fresh made bagel place next door is awesome too. Guess we'll have to do lobster salad on a bagel rather than the steamed special. Beaten
No complaints.

As a NY'er can bagels from any other city compare?

The owner of the little chain is a New Yorker. Victory! Peace!

They offer about 20 or so varieties. Delicious.

They close when they sell out.

Sarcasm aside, it's true! It's very difficult to expect any sort of political efficacy from your leaders if the big chair is always being occupied by a different guy every 3.2 seconds.

In light of the earthquake and tsunami, I think Japan is at potential crossroads in terms of being able to use the aforementioned disasters as a launching point to affect serious political change. However, I don't think it will happen. Instead of using this unfortunate event as a catalyst for transformative change, I think we are seeing the inertia of a gerontocracy at work. Stagnation and inability to take bold action are the reality.

Just like here in the States, I think Obama had the opportunity to really affect the traditional political order in an historical way but did not do so. He did achieve what many before him could not but I feel he feel short of the expectations of many who voted for him.

That's what a coworker claims as well...

New Yorkers seem to think they're the center of the epicurean world. Rolling eyes

I share your skepticism...although I will admit that NY is a culinary capital without doubt...after having lived there...but I will proudly admit that the thinking of old guard food critics is no longer applicable in large part.

As a flying pig and foodie, it's obvious Los Angeles has come along way to "closing the gap" and even achieving parity with cities like NY when it comes to food & drink.

Times have changed, sir.

I've had super meals every where. But bagels and pizza are meant to be New York style to me. Beaten

Pizza especially knows no equal to NY...lest we get into the old NY vs. Chicago battle.

Ever see Bill Maher's New Rules rant about NY pizza?

"After we pay our rent here in L.A., we have money left over to buy real food."

LOL. rofl
