Oh I believe that was Nagi Ramen. This can be found at Ramen Square in Tachikawa.

Ramen Square is located real close to Tachikawa station (1 minute walk out the minami exit).

Tilt-shift photography is a special type of photography in which either a tilt-shift lens, or a post processing software, is used in order to simulate a miniature scene. Below is a selection of 10 tilt-shift photographs from Tokyo and the rest of Japan.

I coulda sworn that all the pics were miniatures... Which would've been amazing unto itself.

The one with the trains, second from the bottom, is especially nuts. That for sure looks like a miniature model train. Crazy

For all my US friends, if you are lucky, you can get round trip tickets to Japan for $299 + tax + fuel surcharge (~$200 from mainland, ~$100 from Hawaii) tomorrow only.
