yeah! i like this one too! haha! i dont like nor hate aya before i watch this drama. but just one fine day outta boredom, i dl-ed epi 1 and find the plot great! haha! normally we see a rich guy and a poor girl. but this time, it's a rich girl and a poor guy with 3 kids! cool! haha!

and and.. Kashiwabara Takashi is in it!

have just watch ep 4 and it seems like Kashiwabara Takashi had to leave aya alone 5 years ago because of that evil stepmother! so.. this will add on to the interesting-ness of the show. woosh!

I wanted to fast forward during EP05.. I think the comedy factor of this drama is going downhill. I don't know whether it is me but I feel that the chemistry between Alice and Taro is lacking....

It's pretty obvious there is not supposed to be any chemistry between Alice and Taro. Taro will end up with Kuninaka Ryoko of course.

Even up until Episode 9, even with their deliberate flash back at the beginning to recount their interactions, I still don't quite see ANY chemistry between Alice and Taro. Disappointing.

I wont even enter to the fact you can't buy that % of shares of a company without the owners knowing it but, come on, "I bought the shares of your company so you've become pennyless"???? So what do in Japan pay for shares? Rocks?

Contrary to popular belief, this isn't a no-brainer drama where Alice gradually falls in love with Taro.

Those who've watched up to Ep 9 should know there are alot of twists and turns in the drama.

Of cos' eventually, it is still a high possibility that Alice and Taro may end up together at the drama's finale, but all the plot twists have made watching this drama worthwhile for me.

Initially, I hated the casting of Kamiji Yusuke as Taro, cos' he's more suited to play comedic characters, and definitely isn't compatible with Aya Ueto's natural glamour.

However, it is precisely this distinct contrast which brings their characters out with tremendous flavor. Alice and Taro were not meant to have much chemistry. Their relationship is supposed to be awkward, yet hints of subtle romantic attachments which even they are not aware of.

Finished Celeb To Binbo Taro.

Since I dislike dramas with slapstick and disjointed scenes, I will have to deduct points for unecessary shmaltz.

However, with a double dose of absolutely gorgeous idols, what more can I ask for than this feast of eye candy.... naturally I'm reffering to Kuninake Ryoko and Ueto Aya. So if the story was almost non-existent, I could care less. After all if you go to a beauty contest you don't expect a story, do you? lol.

Based solely on these two cuties this drama would earn 10/10 but due to the stupid slapstick it can only garner 8/10.

Even 8 is still kinda high, this show is the type you watch then forget about it.

I just finished this series and I enjoyed it for the most part, cept up until episode 9 where shit just got really frustrating. Seeing Aya Ueto was all I was really looking forward to and I'm glad it was a happy ending, but I'm just kinda unsettled...
