Oooh Wynter I know exactly how you feel! I sold a house for the first time last year as an executrix of an estate. Some customers!! Don't worry soon the house will be sold and then you can sleep in on a Saturday morn.
I'm hoping. Actually, I recently found out that we had an offer, and that something was "signed". Then I was told that we have 5 days to see if the deal is a done one, and then I can offically say that we've sold the house.
I'm a little sad. We've been living in this ol' house for 20 years now. _________________

awww...
i can understand that
my parents were talking about moving when im out of college and get a job, but its scary to think about it cuz they bought the house when i was born... and so ive lived there for 21 yrs. of course im not there now that im in school but its always home to me ... i cant imagine leavng it
what bothers me.
is that i had to pay a damn financing charge and freaking fee for making a payment over the phone BECAUSE these freaking ppl did NOT send me my first credit card statement. so umm hello, its not my fault i never got the statement. i think if i was in a more feisty mood i wouldve argued and screamed at the woman, 'cause even if they ARE taking the late fee off as a "one-time-customer-service" or whatever the heck they called it, they're still charging me about half the stupid late fee to make the payment over the phone and for the financing charge. i think im going to go and cancel that credit card, like, tomorrow or something. im so mad. its not so much the fact that i dont wanna pay, but because they never SENT ME THE BILL, and so for that, they should take responsibility. especially since its the FIRST bill-- if i had gotten other bills before, yes i guess i'd hold myself responsible to try and check online or see when the bill was due. this is why i cancelled all those other store credit cards last year...... well, ANYWAY. im done now. sorry for the rant.
*edit*
what ALSO bothers me is that im expecting a package that i paid for 3 weeks ago but the girl still hasnt sent it out. I WANT IT NOW she told me that she would buy it for me, and then i just had to pay her, so i DID, but then it ended up being $10 MORE than if i had just bought it off of yesasia, and if i had bought it off of yesasia, it ALREADY WOULDVE ARRIVED 'cause i did order something from t here at the same time and it came in last week.
its just not a good day. or week. or whatever. _________________

So desu ne. My Dad changed jobs when I was 17 and we sold the house I grew up and had to move. Even though I've lived in several places since then, that first house is the only one I ever refer to as "home"
@ sawdasmile: Yeah, I'm waiting on something I won on EBay on Oct. 20th!!! I've already received the 2 auctions I won AFTER that one!

put a melon pan in his tailpipe next time.
I'm too kind to do such a thing.
Plus right now he's driving his sister's car. When he get a new car and I do that, I don't want to pay him back $15K or more if his car blows up.
Also.....is it even possible for me to do that to a very tasty Melon pan that has the ability to make my mouth water _________________

Now this really craps me off: I'm downloading Densha Otoko ep 2 (from gigeshare) and the download just comes to a halt at 18%. Nothing will get it going again, and because it's gigeshare, you can't resume

Me too. I haven't been here since 2 or 3 weeks. Kind of shocking at first. If it helps the site, I don't mind. I never check ads, but I don't mind clicking on 1 or 2 to help jdorama. _________________
