well i don't know whether takako is a smoker or not... but the rumours out there is that she is... it is up to individual to decide..

What's the big deal with smoking ? Hmm most people in Japan smokes, and from the looks of it Takako is just a social smoker.

she is a beautiful lady...i was in shock from what i was reading... i didnt know she smokes hehe i guess she fooled us all with her appearence currently it is the flu season i hope she and everyone esle gets better... i heard on the new last night that a 7yr old die of the flu very sad...

I guess great artists, sometimes, smoke to draw inspirations, though smoking is not encourageable, and bad to health. I don't think Takako smoke so that she can get attentions. Anyway, she is always bigger than life, and I love her for that. Aren't we lucky to be living in the same era with Takako, seeing all her grace and charm as she walks in Beauty? Perhaps all Takako fans can write a letter asking her not to smoke (so frequently)
