Riko Narumi, Ikki Sawamura, and Naoto Takenaka will be walking the runway at Paris Fashion Week later this month. They are appearing in collaboration with well-known fashion brand MASATOMO, which is handling the costumes for Takenaka's movie "Yamagata Scream."
As the first horror-comedy film directed by Takenaka, "Yamagata Scream" stars Narumi as a high school girl who winds up in a small village, where she has to face off against the zombies of fallen warriors. Sawamura and Takenaka also act in the film, with Takenaka reportedly playing the leader of the zombies. Although few details have been revealed about the movie, it is scheduled for release sometime this year.
The trio will appear on stage at Paris Fashion Week on January 25, revealing the outfits that are currently being designed by MASATOMO. Narumi will wear a school uniform, while Sawamura will be clad in armor. Takenaka has been given a leopard-print suit.
sometimes actors and actresses do that so that it would become more natural in the movie/series. Or if not for that purpose i don't see any other reason why someone like riko who is groomed to be a sexy actress or that model-ish type would suddenly put on a lot of weight.
But she is very young, I never heard of any director who wanted his young actress to gain weight.

i agree she really did well on ruri no shima, she's really young at that movie but my she can already win a best actress trophy at her age. I'm missing Riko i'll watch her new movies when I have free time again. ^_^
and i hope she cuts down a little on extra calories. i love her matured look before because it's her edge over the younger actresses coz she can be paired up with any guy way older than her. Plus you wouldn't even notice the age gap because she can keep up pretty well acting wise. just my opinion. _________________
