As for the Japanese not displaying correctly, it's probably because your songs are encoded in S-JIS or EUC (old standards that the Japanese STILL cling on to like their lives depended on it) and not in the generally accepted format (in the West anyways) of UTF-8. But you would think that Last.fm would have a automatic converter for that. Head Scratch

Deeply weird this is - if you have Japanese text, Last.fm might show it as ?????, BUT, if you change that text to romaji, Last.fm converts it to Japanese!!!!! Say whaaaat?!

Another user told me this, when I asked how they were displaying Japanese.
So, I named one previously "unknown" track under the name Ryuichi Sakamoto, and lo and behold last fm changed it to Japanese!

Saikira, I'm not sure I understand what you mean...are you talking about not being able to download stuff from Last.fm?
Cos Last.fm is not really for downloading (although they do have some free downloads).

Well Saikira, here's the page about Dir En Grey on Last.fm - http://www.last.fm/music/Dir+en+grey?q=dir+en+grey They have two full-length tracks to play, and two samples. None are downloadable, as far as I can tell.

I think so. What went wrong was that I got the sig - but it showed my last 10 listened tracks, instead of the 3 I thought I had specified.
It was much too big, so I took it straight off.
I'll try again later. Only prob is, I have to post anew to see if it will work.
