This legendary Japanese movie marks is 25th year anniversary next year and I know that Asians follow the current trend of remaking Japanese films. So I thought, why not this? This is really popular and sweet. Can you take your picks on who you want to cast in case a remake is possible? Just for fun! ;D Choos from the many Japanese artisted we have now!

Here's the synopsis:

Quote:
High Schoolers Saito Kazuo (boy) and Kazumi (girl) [they share the same surname] are complete opposites. He's the obnoxious troublemaker who could pass for a mini-gangster with all the bullying he has done while switching girlfriends at the same time in difference to her being the batch topnotcher and resident timid, shy good girl. The two live at both ends of the poles, he being the only son to affluent parents who have too much money to actually spend and she, living with her mother and four siblings ever since their father left them for another woman. He is only cleared in school every year because his parents pay his teachers not to fail him while she juggles working at a noodle house with her schooling. The two get paired for a school project and instantly don't connect. For their research, they take a tumble at a temple in a small seacoast town in Japan. Through supernatural intervention, their minds and bodies are switched, and the result is a the bizzare situation on how to handle the effect and how to get back to who they really are. This leads them to a journey of realization...and love.

This movie should be posted in the Japanese Entertainment forum, not this one...
