I think they are. At the very least I've seen the Chinese one.

There are 12 episodes, the 12th being the Honolulu special (English subs available).
This kind of TV-series don't have 2nd seasons, as far as i know.
<-- Aya Ueto plays in a new drama (Abarenbou Mama) now anyway (approx. 3 episodes now have been aired); so no 2nd season of Attention Please. _________________

In reality, i don't think cabin attendants DO bother about such. (But i've never been in 1st class, though...)
There's a cabin attendant who survived a mid-air exploded plane miles high. I forgot the name and country (use wikipedia), but she's famous in her country. Another one didn't survive when she catched bullets to protect children in the plane against hijackers. They published her on a stamp, etc. _________________

yayy!!
second special AP will be out..
from Tokyograph:
Second special for "Attention Please" announced
The 2006 Fuji TV drama series "Attention Please" is returning to television for a second special episode. The series starred Aya Ueto as Yoko Misaki, a young woman training to become a flight attendant. In January of last year, Fuji TV aired the first special, which featured Yoko flying to Honolulu.
This time, Yoko will face new troubles as she flies to Sydney, Australia. The story also involves a major event for the instructor Mikami, played by Miki Maya. Other returning cast members include Saki Aibu, Chihiro Otsuka, and Kotaro Koizumi, though it is not yet clear whether Ryo Nishikido will be back. Yuichi Sato will again be directing.
Fuji TV will broadcast the special at 9:30pm on April 3.

I am, definitely!
There have been no announcements about a second season or a third special at this time? Hope it will arrive sometime this year...
Currently, I'm burning the show to DVD's. The following will happen:
- DVD 1: Episode 1, episode 2, episode 3 and episode 4
- DVD 2: Episode 5, episode 6, episode 7 and episode 8
- DVD 3: Episode 9, episode 10 and episode 11
- DVD 4: The Hawaii Special
- DVD 5: The Sydney Special
At this exact moment I'm burning the second DVD. I've created (cheap, but hey...) menu's right now with the episode numbers and THIS famous Attention Please-wallpaper with on DVD 1 " Namida No Niji" playing on the background and on DVD 2 " Pretty Woman" playing on the background (Kaela Kimura version). For the other three DVD's, I still have to come up with a song for the background... any suggestions?

I just started to watch AP last week and I'm 3 episodes to go to the final....
Just love cos I figured that aya is Azumi and this series is so funny and there were some parts that make me feel crying(I think it was on episode 7 or 8 when she didn't pass for OJT)
this series also introduce ryo... gosh and he is starts to grow in my heart and nearly replacing my Yamapi in my heart ( though I know it's impossible..hehe I'm just exaggerating) and also aya.. I really love her... she's so funny and pretty as well .... I hope there would be a second season when Misaki and Shouta become lovers .... I really wish they realize that it needs a second season...
I also wanted to see youko to become a trainer .. you know just wanna know what will happened if the CA trainees had a crazy CA trainer hahaha.. well this is just my suggestion hehe...
