That torrent is long dead and didn't have subtitles. But you can pick up the HK DVD cheap at Yesasia with average English subtitles. That's where I got mine.
The only reason I got it was for Ayana and Kyoko but it was fun . The subtitle grammar isn't the greatest (and they mistranslated all the character names into Chinese) but you can still follow the story fine.

actually she did make it to the end she was the girl who cared alot about taku(played by shugo oshinari) (you know the boy who was always angry and sometimes i was wondering when his eyes will pop out)

OMG i was watching gachi baka episode 3 and AYANA SAKAI plays in that episode i didnt knew it before.. but actually she plays like a friend/tutor of Utsugi Minoru (played by Tegoshi Yuya) it really surprised me that i saw her..
