They do have something in common: You have the early "rock and roll" Elvis and then the later, bloated "Vegas" Elvis.

And then you've got the early, normal MJ and the later, weirder MJ.

Yea, and I feel sorry for Farrah Fawcet's (sp?) family. Her death is so ignored through this entire ordeal.

That might be a good thing: her family won't have to deal with the dirtbag paparazzi, since their all hovering around the Michael Jackson death.

What vultures they are. Shake Head

Thought I'd drop by this thread to pay my respects to the celebrities who have recently passed on. I didn't realize this thread had become a place to denigrate some celebrities and to complain about the media's attention to the dearly departed.

I would like to think that our hearts around the world had become united with the passing of celebrities that for decades touched our lives in joyful ways. They will all be dearly missed! Rest In Peace Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson.

Farrah Fawcett was the epitome of mens' ideal/fantasy women back in the late 70's/early 80's.
Michael Jackson was just an HUGE musical inspiration to people all over the world then, and for many decades to come.

And aho STILL can't do the moonwalk.. Sad

No no, she nearly bit his tongue off, and he beat HER up. I guess he's having his tongue surgically reattached.

Impressionist Fred Travalena dies

Vegas headliner and impressionist Fred Travalena died Sunday in California. He was 66. Travalena was known as "Mr. Everybody" and "The Man of a Thousand Faces" and had been a familiar TV face since he started appearing on The Mike Douglas Show in the 1970s.

The past seven days hasn't been very kind to celebrities. Sad

I always enjoyed his being the straight man on the Tonight Show.

Pretty amazing he lived to be so old. I always thought he had to be a heavy drinker from him looks. THough that could easily be wrong though. Sweat
