First teaser predicts the return of �eSadako�f in �gSadako 3D�h
Kadokawa Pictures released their first 40-second teaser for the upcoming return of the iconic horror film figure, �eSadako�e, from the popular �eRing�e series.
In �eSadako 3D�e, Ishihara Satomi plays a teacher at a girls�f high school. At the school, a rumor about a video clip in which a man commits suicide is spreading among the students and teachers. Furthermore, it�fs rumored that you will commit suicide after watching the said clip. A similar mysterious death soon reaches the class of the female teacher. The police handles the cases as suicides, although ever single one of them seems to have watched the rumored clip right before their supposed suicide.
It appears that the distribution of the video clip and the related resurrection of Sadako is the doing of one mysterious man (Yamamoto Yusuke), who has quite a following on the web. Details on how he found out about Sadako�fs existence and why he�fs trying to revive her remain mum for now.
Moreover, Seto Koji will appear as the teacher�fs boyfriend (a web designer).
The rest of the cast features Takahashi Tsutomu, Sometani Shota, Takara Hikari, and Tayama Ryosei.

On February 21st, Sato Takeru, Ishihara Satomi, and other cast members for the upcoming stage play �gRomeo & Juliet�h appeared at the press conference.
As we reported previously, this will be the stage debut for Sato, who reportedly started preparing for his stage debut about 2 years ago. Sato said, �gI have been struggling what else I could do to prepare for this, and I am still struggling even now. Though I�fm under a lot of pressure, while reading the script over and over, it also brought me a feeling that I want to play it soon.�h
Regarding co-star Ishihara, he said with a smile, �gI�fve seen her stage before, and she was brilliant on the stage. Also her acting was great, so I might be counting on her this time. �c I had a cute image of him from TV, but when I actually met him, he was quite manly. I can�ft wait to co-star with him.�h They will be playing as lovers in the play.
At the press conference, Sato was asked by the reporters if there would be a possibility that this stage play could be a trigger for them to develop a real love. Sato answered, �gThough I am willing to do so, Ishihara-san will probably shut me out�c�h
This stage play will be directed by Jonathan Munby, and Ishino Mako, Hasegawa Hatunori, Kaku Kento, and Suda Masaki will also make appearance.
The stage play will start at Akasaka ACT Theater, Tokyo from May 2nd to the 27th, and at Theater BRAVA!, Osaka during May 31st to June 10th.
Actress Ishihara Satomi has been appointed as the image character for the popular shochu brand �eKyogetsu�e (Suntory Shurui) and will star in their new CM.
In the CM, Ishihara can be seen as a woman who is having a drink with a friend while relaxing on a terrace. Suddenly the said friend is confessing his love to her. She�fs surprised and gives a pure response: �gDo you really mean it?�h – �gIt�fs sudden, I�c I don�ft know what to say�h – �gAre you really okay with me?�h
With her genuine acting and natural charm, it will be difficult for the viewers not to fall in love with her. The filming took place at the wood terrace of a real detached house. Everything had to be filmed in one cut, which is never an easy task for the actors and the staff.
�gIt really was difficult,�h Ishihara looked back at the filming, �gEach time we were starting the scene, you had to be aware of so many things. You gradually improved by doing it one take after another.�h She added, �gThe most difficult part was doing the flattered expression.�h
Although she claims that she personally never felt that flattered, the staff commented that she nailed said expression right from the beginning. After the filming she was asked if she would be able to confess her love in such a way, but she just shook her head. �gAbsolutely not. I�fd probably start laughing while trying to get the words out of my mouth. The tension when having a drink with the person I like would simply be too high.�h
Further she revealed, �gI guess I�fm more like the type who is waiting for him to make his confession. If possible, I�fd like him to confess to me instead of me confessing to him.�h
The new CM called �gKyo, Kimi to�c�h (�gToday, with you�c�h) is scheduled to go on-air on March 17th. The theme song was provided by Yamada Masashi, vocalist of the rock band THE BACK HORN.

I have browsed all of Satomi view topics in J dorama today. Between 2005 and 2007, fans posted many topic page over 100. And released many pics and valuable information of Satomi. After passed 2010, Many fans disappeared from topics pages . In year 2011,there was not many pages like old times. (not over 10 pages). But still J dorama is the only great place where fans of Satomi. I enjoy to join j dorama

The official website of �gSadako 3D�g, the upcoming 3D horror movie and latest installment in the popular �eRing�e series, was updated with a full-length trailer.
In the movie, actress Ishihara Satomi plays the role of a teacher at a female high school where the rumor about a video clip of a person committing suicide is making it rounds. It�fs said that you yourself will commit suicide upon watching this clip. Soon a similar mysterious death happens to one of her students and while the police still handles the case as suicide, she decides to find out more about the origin of the clip together with her boyfriend, a web designer played by Seto Koji. The mysterious man behind the clip and consequent resurrection of Sadako�fs curse is played by Yamamoto Yusuke.

Sato Takeru and Ishihara Satomi talk �gRomeo & Juliet�h
Next week, the Akasaka ACT Theatre in Tokyo is finally going to raise the curtain for the latest stage adaptation of William Shakespeare�fs �gRomeo & Juliet�h starring young actor Sato Takeru and actress Ishihara Satomi. On April 29th, the two of them found some time to talk about the play ahead of a public general rehearsal for the mass media.
�gRomeo & Juliet�h is going to mark the debut stage play for Sato, who commented, �gMy excitement is going through the roof. Of course I�fm also very anxious, but at the same time I cannot wait for people to finally be able to see this play.�h Ishihara agreed with him and added, �gI really want everyone to experience the beautiful set, music, outfits and words as soon as possible.�h
Of course not everything was easy for Sato when getting into his first starring role in a stage play. �gI�fve never thought that I would have such hardship,�h he revealed. �gHowever, I want to work as hard as possible, so that I won�ft have any regrets later on!�h When asked about some of the more difficult parts of the production, he said, �gI have to use words that I usually don�ft use, which makes it difficult to get into the right feeling. Instead of expressing my feelings between the lines, it�fs important to put my feelings into every single word, which was very difficult for me.�h
About his co-star Ishihara, he commented, �gShe possesses an overwhelming aura. The moment when Romeo and Juliet fall in love at first sight was a new and overwhelming experience for me, but thanks Ishihara�fs incredibly convincing performance, I was able to feel it inside me as well.�h
For Ishihara, on the other hand, this moment didn�ft seem to be feel too new. �gEveryone understands what it feels like to fall in love at first sight,�h she explained and revealed, �gI�fve already experienced it as well.�h
Then Ishihara returned the favor and praised his acting. �gPlease have a self-confidence, Sato!�h she said. �gHe had memorized his lines since the first practice sessions and is able to recite them very well.�h She continued, �gHe�fs a person who carefully puts a lot of emotions into his acting without making it look fake. I�fm glad that I was able to work with such a person for this play.�h
They also talked about the inevitable kiss scene during the play. Sato revealed, �gWhen we stared with the practice, I always wondered when we would try the kiss scene, when director Jonathan Munby suddenly told us to do it. It happened at an earlier rehearsal than I planned, although my plan to create a fresh kiss scene didn�ft really bear any fruits, it does feel like a good scene. (laughs)�g.
Ishihara just smiled and replied, �gYes, it is.�h
The public performances for �gRomeo & Juliet�h in Tokyo will begin on May 2nd and end on May 27th. Right after that, the performances in Osaka will begin on May 31st and end on June 10th.

Oguri Shun and Ishihara Satomi to star in Fuji TV�fs upcoming Monday drama
Fuji TV has just announced their Monday drama (�eGetsu 9��) for the upcoming summer season and it�fs going to star Oguri Shun and Ishihara Satomi in a modern Japanese version of �ePretty Woman�e called �eRich Man, Poor Woman�e.
Oguri plays a billionaire and manager of a major IT company. Similar to the life of Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, he had become a billionaire when his website, which started out only as a hobby, gradually started to gain more and more popularity. However, due to his lack of management skills and despicable personality, people often label him as swindler and otaku*.
Ishihara, on the other hand, plays a very talented young woman who is about to graduate from the Department of Science at Tokyo University. However, due to the current scarcity of employment, she hasn�ft yet received any positive feedback from any of the applications she sent out. She is veering towards leading a poor life in her future. One day, the pair happen to run into each other, which doesn�ft end really well at first due to the disparity in their personalities, but they soon start to feel attracted to each other.
This is going to be Oguri�fs first starring role in a drama since his marriage to actress Yamada Yu. The last time he and Ishihara worked together was during the filming of the NHK taiga drama �eYoshitsune�e back in 2005. He commented, �gI�fm really looking forward to this modern version of �ePretty Woman�f. Of course I�fm also looking forward to working together with Ishihara and to find out how this love story is going to develop.�h
Ishihara stated, �gAlthough I�fm really happy that I get to co-star with Oguri in a drama, I first got to know him when I was still in my teens (when we filmed �eYoshitsune�f), which is why I�fm feeling a bit awkward that it has to be a love story.�h
The rest of the main cast includes Aibu Saki as an up-and-coming female chef and Iura Arata (formerly known under his stage name ARATA) as her older brother and co-manager of the IT company, who together complete the love square.
The midsummer evening romance �eRich Man, Poor Woman�f is scheduled to air its first episode in July.
Ishihara Satomi transforms into �eKiwi Honey�f for Zespri
On May 24th, Zespri held a press conference to announce the appointment of actress Ishihara Satomi as their new image character for �eZespri Kiwifruit�e in 2012 and to reveal their new CM.
In the CM, Ishihara plays a spiritless young woman who transforms into the energetic �eKiwi Honey�f after having a kiwi for breakfast. Full of energy, she rushes out of her house to downtown. Similar to the popular �eCutie Honey�e character, she had to strike various flashy poses.
�gI was quite bewildered in the beginning,�h she commented. �gThe poses were more difficult than I expected. I didn�ft keep track of how many NG scenes I produced, but we had to take out quite a lot of poses.�h
Aside from the abundant amount of Vitamin C in a kiwi, Ishihara revealed her own source that gives her energy. She said, �gIt has to be my close friends, I guess. I�fm always getting in high spirits whenever we go and have a meal or go shopping together.�h One of her close friends is said to be Matsui Erina, a TV personality and gravure idol. �gWork, family, love. We always talk about all kind of things,�h Ishihara explained.
The new CM called �eCutie Honey – Gold Green�f will start airing in 15-second and 30-second versions on May 25. On said day, all TV networks nationwide are also going to air the 15-second version simultaneously at 6:59:45 pm.
