Quite large avatar you got there. I highly suggest to edit the pic to a smaller size. May bankrupt Genma in the future, eats extra bandwidth and space, more cost.

juliana_phang, You must reduce the picture size I think.. anyway, if you'd like, you can send two or three Kimura pictures to my email and I can do an animated avatar for you. Don't know if you will like it though. I used Ulead as well.
