That's great... Omedeto gozaimasu!
Sounds like a far cry from law, but it sounds like you're a whole lot happier.

Hi Betsy,
You probaby won't remember my name but I am so glad that you are still living a good life. I always loved your posts and especially the Musashi thread and the photos.
I was horrified at what happened to Ebizo. Those late night drinking sessions can get dangerous. I hope he will recover completely. He is too great in Kabuki to lose any physical strength.
I think his form of acting must be so punishing mentally as well as the actual performance onstage. There can be no letdown in such a traditional family in the theatre. He has my admiration and sympathy.
Please stay around for awhile. :-)
Peggy

Not taking sides here, but word is that Ichikawa Ebizo rearranged some Johnny's face (YamaPi's?) at said melee so Johnny K. sent his hired goons to retaliate. Allegedly. Or mebbe the bouncer did it. Who really knows for sure?

Oh gosh, the gossip s**t is getting worse day by day... Soon will come someone saying that Ebizo has beated prime-minister and was beaten back by his guards...
I refuse to read all these bulls**t... And I wonLt change a single word of what I said some posts ago. _________________
