yeah..I get along with members just fine the girls who love Johnny's jr and some guys here. So I can get along just fine.

2. Ability to handle situation impartially (not getting involve yourself)

To be honest this is the difficult part but I can handle things reasonably by listening to both parts. I will try my best to give the best solution for any situation that may arise.

3. Commitment to this forum.

I am here almost everyday. Even if I were assigned outside from my office I will always check this forum. I have committed to something and I will keep it as best as I can.

4.basic mod instincts - to sieve out or stop bad posts diplomatically

I'm pretty diplomatic myself and I always give reason on my action. I.e if I have to lock a thread of course there should be a reasonable reason that points out why a thread should be locked. I don't like to give long and exhaustive explanation. I will always try my best to give all reason in concise manner and understandable to the members.

Aka-chan and Elt failed to mention that they're mods on other message boards, so their duties and responsibilites as a mod are not foreign to them....


I have no idea if Groink and/or Eightysix are mods or have been mods on other boards...

Not exactly on other boards, but I've been an op in a few IRC channels. So I guess that would count for modding experience.

groink was a mod at D-addicts, I've heard.
