This is a call for new mods for the following forums:
General Discussions
Japanese Entertainment Discussions
Discussions on Japanese Dramas
Discussions on Artistes

The current mods have been doing well, but as the site traffic gets higher, we need more manpower to help maintain the board.

Procedure:
- Nominees must nominate yourself.
- Members may encourage other users to nominate themselves if u think they fit the bill

I will post intros of each confirmed nominee in this post, and we'll soon decide. This decision is made by the overall support for this nominee, and amongst me and the mods separately.

Some points I've asked the nominees to talk about:
1) rapport with members (friendly )
2) ability to handle situations impartially (not get involved yourself)
3) commitment of time to this forum
4) basic mod instincts - to sieve out or stop bad posts diplomatically

if bmw wants to mod, he has my vote. i would say eltinator is also a very good choice. i would enter this running but i dont know if i can handle d-addicts and jdorama at the same time, esp since i'm working on a special project right now.......

If we don't have any nominees, the only choice would be to recruit "in-house". (from the mods we already got) And I'm not sure if that is an option already.

No official voting required this time as we already see most giving their votes now. The final decision will be made amongst me and the current mods.
