I'm right now converting this series from SVHS to digital. On episode 12, the end of the episode shows "FIN". And, the story ends on that episode... I don't want to give away the ending, so I'll leave it at that. So as far as the NGN-aired episodes go, they only aired 12 episodes. And viewing all the episodes, I don't think NGN missed anything.
Were there any specials to this series that may account for the 14 episodes total?
Should be 12, based on some Japanese websites with their episode synopsis. Think its the date that made me believe its 14 episodes =b _________________

Genma,
I just got, and started watching a copy of Yamaguchi Tomoko's "Sweet Home" and was a bit surprised to find that Moriyama Yuko is actually a regular in the series.
I was also kind of sad not to find her name either in the list of artists, or as part of the cast list in the Drama section.
Granted, not everyone is as attached to bad Japanese Sci Fi as I am, but she was a pretty big deal.
She starred in:
Zeiram
Zeiram2
Moon over Tao
Lady Ninja
Reborn from Hell
Tokyo Raiders
And just one Dorama. "Sweet Home".
She plays Yuki, the OL who is the object of desire for every businessman in the series.
I was wondering if her name couldn't be added to the list.

The Tomoko Nakajima in At Home Dad is not the same as the one in Kori no Sekai. This one is prettier and the "tomo" is written with a different kanji (m).
The one in Kori no Sekai is written this way: q.

I have a subtitled DVD version of Konna Koi no Hanashi with 14 episodes. It was taped in Seattle on KONG, May 30-Aug 29, 1998, and converted to DVD by Dark Vortex. This version seems okay, too--I didn't find any repetition of episodes when viewing it. The episodes are labeled "volumes." Perhaps this Seattle station KONG divided the drama into 14 volumes to suit its needs.

Genma,
Thank you for taking note of my request about listing Moriyama Yuko in the cast of "Sweet Home". I just popped over there and noticed that she's been added.
i just noticed that tomoko kurotani, who played yukimi in hotman also starred in big wing(http://www.jdorama.com/drama.475.htm) as sawada miki, but her name is not the list.

Kawa Itsuka Umi e (A River Flowing Back to the Ocean) 2003 NHK
Isn't listed in the Database.
A shame, because I'm watching it now, and it's really very good. It's basically six loosley connected short stories. One seperate cast is featured in three of the episodes, but the other three have completely different casts.
