interesting... some like Kimura Takuya then changed to Takenouchi Yutaka... others, vice-versa... for me, it's the latter....why is it only so between these 2 (if i don't remember wrongly) ?
find that changing idol can be rather tiring... it's like changing a bf or a gf...
lotsa time, money and effort spent just to know them better... then when you are not into them anymore, you may even start to wonder what you see in them in the first place (some, not all)... for me at least... haha...

kook05.... you're so cute in your reasoning.
Let's see. If you think liking a certain celebrity is equilvalent to being in a relationship. Growing out of an "idol" would be akin to ending an old relationship that does not work anymore. People change, no point being in a bad relationship that does not work anymore. The time, effort and money spent to get a know another someone might be more fufilling and interesting than you think.
Having said that, i don't think i have ever grew out of someone b4, i have a list of like 30 different celebrities that i have affection for now. It's just the intensity of obession that varies over time... i keep adding names to the list... i don't recall anyone who has ever dropped out...

TV Asahi also has a star-studded extravaganza prepared to celebrate its 45th anniversary this autumn 2003. Takako Tokiwa will star as the Japanese woman from the nobility chosen to be married off to the younger brother of the last emperor of China. She will don a 12-layer kimono for the ceremony. Yutaka Takenouchi plays the groom. It will be filmed partly on location in China.

Yeah, I think this project will be worth waiting for.
It's a reunion for Takako and Yutaka after played together in "Wedding Story"/"Risou No Kekkon".
