I'd like to PM or email several members here but in order to find out the PM/email info, I had to look up the Memberlist, which is over 320 pages. I tried to find the individuals' info but after 30 pages, I got tired of looking page by page. I also looked in the search function under author and keywords but that didn't give me the PM/email information I needed.

Is there a quick way to find out a member's PM or email without having to go through each and every page in the Memberlist?

look through the "search" option and find posts by that member ("author").

Thanks for the suggestion, but that doesn't work. Once I find a post by the member, it still doesn't give me their PM/email info. Using your method, I found a thread with over 50 posts and when I clicked on the member's name, nothing happened. Doesn't seem to be any way to easily get PM/email info without having to go through each and every page in Memberlist.

in your own PM [new post] page, there is a [find a username button].. why don't you try that?

Thanks for replying ... but I must be blind. I don't see a "find a username" button anywhere when I go to a "new post" or "reply to a post" page. Sorry to ask a silly question but could you tell me more specifically where I can find that on the page? Thanks.

Go to search. Under Search Forum, you'll see Search for Author, type in the person's name. You'll then have a page with all the post, under author, try to look for the person's username. You might have to go through a couple of pages before you can actually find that person's name. Hope this helps.

Appreciate your response too, but that didn't work either. Did the search, found a member's post. Click on his name but no PM or email info; looked around on that post/page for info but nothing there.

Actually, I've given up ... looks like I"ll just have to try and find the members one by one, page by page. Man, what a drag!

Eh? Why don't you just click on the profile or PM button at the bottom of each member's post? You can PM them directly from here and pull any other available info from their profile....

Not everybody has their information available, but if it is available, you can find it there. If you want the specific email address or ICQ/AIM/MSN number or whatever, you should be able to just roll your cursor over the icon, look at the status bar at the bottom of your browser page, and scribble it down...
