Yup,....what a joy !!
My curiousity goes to Manhattan Love Story.
I wonder if this dorama will be a love story (referring to the title) or is it about beverages (coffee, etc) considering the official website shows many pictures of expresso.
(Check out : http://www.tbs.co.jp/manhattan/ )
My guess it will be "Antique" type of dorama , ne ?!

Ooohhhh...I see....I see...
Me too Bsalez . I'm curious too about the male lead star. I thought he's a Hollywood star, so I tried to look for his info on http://www.imdb.com
But it turns out that he's not even in the Database.
Geeee....who is HE ????
So, because I can't find his info or his photograph, I just put a blank frame.
BTW, this Hakoiri dorama has Kyoko Fukada plays in it too.
Here's the picture of Naoko Iijima & Kyoko Fukada from that dorama's official website :

RPG (Role-Playing Game) is based on the book of the same name by Japanese author Miyuki Miyabe, whose Kasha is well-known to English-speaking audiences under the name All She Was Worth... damn wish they translated more Miyabe and less Haruki Murakami, but to each his own

That's right bmw
I think Ryoko will play a beautiful witch, right ?!
Well since the English title of this TBS new series is "Bewitched In Tokyo"
But...why the leading man is Taizo Harada ??
(hhhhmmmm) : Ryoko & Taizo ??? Imagining.....
Maybe because it's (might be) a comedy show, the producer put a comedian to accompany Ryoko.
Hopefully this new dorama will be entertaining and hillarious.
Ohyeah, Maybe it's a remake from the original series in Hollywood ?!
I heard Nicole Kidman will also make the remake of "Bewitched", the movie version.
Sorry to get in the way of your Winter Season Dramas listing, but I'm so hyped about this new series I'm ready to bust.

Yes, I have high hopes for this series as well. I've hear/read that a number of the shows will be adapted from the original series episodes, so it'll most defintiely be a comedy... Um, if the series isn't any good, we can always turn down the volume and just stare at Ryoko-chan.

Wow,...talk about beautiful witches.
So I've heard... I like Nicole, too. But Ryoko-chan is in another class.

Fire Boys
(on FUJI TV)
Takayuki Yamada & Rina Uchiyama
Synopis ( from FUJI TV website ) :
Daigo has survived six months of hard training to become a firefighter. Right after his graduation ceremony, he rushes to Medaka-ga-oka High School, because he can't wait to tell Shizuka, his former homeroom teacher, that he has finally become a firefighter.
It was Shizuka who recommended that Daigo become a firefighter. When Daigo was still small, he was miraculously rescued from a disastrous fire. Since then, it had always been Daigo's dream to become a firefighter. However, in high school, he had forgotten all about his dream and had no idea of what he wanted to be when he grew up. That was when Shizuka reminded Daigo of his dream.
Daigo gets assigned to Medaka-ga-oka Fire Department, which is located in his hometown. He heads to work with great expectations, but what Daigo sees is far from what he had in mind. The Fire Chief Hajime Gomi, and the rest of the crew seem to be far too undisciplined for firefighters.
As a rookie firefighter, Daigo gets dispatched to put out fires at schools, houses, and save cats stuck on roofs. Working with Hajime and others, Daigo acquires the knowledge and skills necessary for the job. He also learns about teamwork and how difficult it is to save a person's life. Daigo's colleagues are the rookie Shiro, fire truck driver Mahiru, Mitsuru, Hikosuke, Hiroshi, and paramedic Jun. At first, Daigo acts alone without thinking, and is seen as a trouble-maker. However, his instincts as a firefighter are exceptionally sharp, and he soon gains the recognition of his fellow firefighters.
Fire is not the only thing challenging Daigo in this story. While he still has feelings for his first love Shizuka, Mahiru and Jun are also on his mind. Daigo's rival Shiro seems to be after these women too...
