Kikkomandingos guide to getting a job (minors edition hehe )
-Seasonal: Malls are great for getting a ton of hours and they hire anyone. Sidenote, most places finished hiring in november, but its always worth checking.
-Fast food:High turnover rate = always hiring. Im telling you now, if you think you are too good for fast food then you dont really need a job.
-Considering your age and lack of a vehicle it will be very difficult to obtain a job period, let alone a job that roxorz joor boxorz.

I would say stick with high school and try for a part time job. If all else fails I say you grab a squeegee and shammy and head over to loveless's pad.

why not try movie theatres or something.. night shifts sucks though Sweat but its fun! heheh and yeh try fast food, restaurant (if you like getting tips) but of course you'll meet lots of rude customers too, my last option is check out the mall since this season are the most busiest days, even if it ends in november, youll never know they might still hiring

but when i was 16 the only thing i could get a job is from school, being an assistant, filing.. clerical work, not bad Rolling eyes and always have your own transportation, thats always a MUST, otherwise goodluck!

a good place to look for a job is on monstertrak.com i found the job i'm working at on monstertrak. however, like people mentioned before, the easiest place to get a job is probly good ol' mickey D's. my first job was at a small family owned hawaiian restaurant. so try looking up those kinds of places. just be on the lookout for hiring signs everywhere you go.

and yah, you missed the big hiring season. stores at the mall, and other places as well, hire like crazy for christmas. if they like you, sometimes they even keep you beyond that time. good luck and keep trying.

Thanks for your concern, Niko. Didn't feel a thing. The earthquake was centered in Central California...

That's surprising, since I thought Stockton was relatively close to Central California... Man, my geography sucks! Sweat

A sad event. Hopefully this event won't occur in the future. My friend was ok (no physical damage, only mental shock but overcame later), no damage to his house.
