hello are u a new comer? we're also having problems posting or sending PMs, so ur problem is probably related to the failing error we're having, try contacting the admin genma and explain ur problem, ganbatte!

Once you do that or even change your email your account becomes inactive until you activate it via the activation email. As Genma announced earlier, the auto email service is having some issues right now. I believe this might be the waiting game. With passwords, I don't know if Genma will be able to reactivate it on just your word and give you the new pass, so I think you *might* have to wait until the email situation is straightened out.

Since you forgot the old password, it wouldn't do much good for Genma to reset it, because he'd have to give it to you. He actually has no way to verify you are who you are (if that makes sense), so he couldn't give you the password. Without the the jdorama email confirmation, you can't confirm you are who you are so the pass can be given....does that make any sense?

Genma doesn't check the forum much at all so he has to be PM'ed if you guys get locked out for email and need it reset to the old and reactivated. I'm not sure, but as guests, can you do PM's? Another member had that issue this week and I PM'ed Genma. He responded a few hours later. I'd say if it's not straightened out by say, tomorrow, then post here and either I or another member can PM him about it (if guests can't).

You too???? Sheezus, everyone's getting locked out, even regulars! I referred Genma to this thread instead of dropping names. I didn't get a response yet, so I assume he didn't drop by yet. You probably made it in time Although I'm pretty sure he only has internet access at work, so it may not be until Monday.....not positive about that, but I think so...
