I gotcha.
But it also seems contradictory to having the tatoo(s): so you can show it off.
My tattoos are for me and only me. Showing them off is no concern of mine.
But I know what you mean, because there are people who get them as a "fashion statement" and those people are the one's who end up regretting them later more than those who do it for themselves. _________________

Needles creep me out anyway. I've had all kinds of accidents that have more or less not phased me at all, but I'll start freaking out big time over the smallest needle. Its really weird . _________________

28 hours. Damn!
My longest getting tattooed was 3 1/2 hours. The latest one I got. It wasn't that bad but my arm did feel like hamburger after I was done. _________________

tattoos don't hurt. It's not as bad as it looks. Bring a magazine to read while you get one. That may help.
I myself, like to watch them do it. Kind of cool to see the whole thing go on. _________________

Cool.
Care to share a pic of it?
Here's my latest one. Not quite finished with it though. I plan to make a "sleeve".
And for those of you who are wondering, yes, that is my wife's foot in the backround. She's sleeping and the bed was right behind the chair in which I took the pic. _________________

That is a beautiful tattoo aho. Love the colors. What does it say or what is its meaning? So if you get a "sleeve" on one arm does that mean you will eventually get a "sleeve" on the other arm? How long did it take to get that one in the pic?
