Nice car! You got it beefed up?
I like those old GTS Corollas but they're hard to come by nowadays in Hawaii. (Those and the Nissan 240s) I guess 'cause rear wheel drive cars are now all the fad in Hawaii and everyone THINKS they're a drifter 'cause they got a rear wheel drive car. Pffsshhhh, whatever. _________________

Nah, they cost way too much for what they're really worth. I wanted one since my sophmore year of high school (I'm a freshman in college now) when they were considerably cheaper. I blame Initial D and the little kiddies that can't drive worth shit for the price spike on AE86s.

Yeah. Those "I have a rear wheel drive car" so I am a hard core drifter.
Funny how an anime can have some effect in influence like that. I guess the other factor that played a role was what they saw/heard about Japan's drifting fad. (Option videos) _________________

Yeah, Option videos is how I got into drifting. I almost shit a brick when I saw my first drifted turn because he was going so fast into the corner that I thought he was going hit the wall. I never liked driving (in fact I hated it at the time) before I saw that. Sometimes me and my friends take their cars (because I have a Civic ) and do donuts/mess around in a nearby empty parking lot at like 3 in the morning. Remember kids, safety first!

Hahahaha. Reminds me of a couple years back when my friends (the so called "racers") got together and met up at the old Costco parking lot at like, 3:00am. Almost everyone was staging and pulling doughnuts. Then these bikers showed up and were busting wheelies and standing on their bikes and stuff. Luckily, there were no arguements between the two groups. And these were BIG groups. The bikers must've had like about 75 people and the "racers" had almost the same. Would've been a fricking blood bath if the two groups got into it.
My friend is actually really good at drifting. They go up to Tantalus mountain almost every weekend and drift around the turns. Looks nice and clean. But I think it's stupid to go up there because it's a resident area and you never know who may be taking a walk that night. _________________
