On the recommendation of Akakage, I saw both Omyouji & Omyouji II. I really enjoyed both of them, although my opinion might be a bit biased since I basically enjoy these types of paranormal, magic-using type shows. I would also recommend his TV drama Yasha in which he plays twins. Lots of suspense and action.

Onmyouji 1 and 2 were good, in my opinion. But yeah, like Rinrin said I am also a bit biased when it comes to supernatural and magic type of story. Umizaru will be available on February 2005 however you can pre-order it from now..*cough* because I've already did anyway...heheeh..yeah for the sake of looking at him with Diving Suite...

Haha.. The diving suit is very very attractive... In fact that was the first thing that came to mind when i heard he was acting as a diver, hmmm body clading diving suit . But after watching the trailer and looking at some of the pictures, the Navy uniform looked soooooo good on him.

Well, they always say men in uniform are hot!

i absolutely love this guy. Thanks for the link to the kono-ai vid. Ito looks soo hot...but what's the deal with that scarf? The way he wore it makes me think that it wasn't that much of a fashion statement, instead he was trying to cover up hickeys!!

Haha, I agree with you, whats up with that scarf. it just messes up the handsome face he has. but we gotta love him!

He is definitely one of the handsomest man on earth. It has long been reported that he is 1/4 portuguese. have u seen Yasha?? towards the end of the opening credits, don't u just love the way he kinda turns his head and looks into the camera?

he's 1/4 portuguese!? interesting.. he was hot in yasha. two ito hideaki to look at, although rin's character scared me cuz he was so evil. i dont really get the ending but. did both of them die?? did you watch umizaru? i think that's my fave drama of his.

I am still having "yasha" withdrawal so I can't watch Umizaru just yet.

Actually, I like Rin but that's because he looks like fun to hang out with. And he has this charming smile. The ending is slightly confusing but here's what it is: Rin and sei are no ordinary identical twins. In fact, they share so much genetic materials they are almost like the same person split in half. (In the manga, they can even sense what the other is seeing or feeling. ) Rin believes that they are on top of the evolution pyramid but what he didn't know was that their cell's metabolism has stopped. Unlike Rin, Sei has found out about this (very brief scene) and from the onwards you see him mysteriously collapse every so often. Sei knew that that no more metabolism = death. So in end, he died of natural causes in Rin's arms. Before he died, Sei also told Rin that he loves him and that he is the most important person in his life. He knew that's what Rin wants all along so that's just closure for both of them. So after that, Rin then picked up Sei's glasses and assumes Sei's identity. in the last scene - which happens 9 months after sei's death - keep in mind they are born 9 months apart - Rin took off his glasses and mom still looked at him loving and then the glass dropped - he died in her arms.

This is when i wish that I can write good fanfics - I want them to live happily ever after!

he has like a GQ face ...n..great acting in umizaru...i really like watching him act in that umizaru movie n umizaru evolution drama!!

i saw him in yasha when im watching chinese cable channel(which i dont know what were they're talking about).. dang! i'm in love with him. i tried to find the drama but failed.. thank to my friend who brought yasha in nagoya.
yasha is the only drama that i can rewatch 100 times.
now, i cant wait to see umizaru 2..

I love him! He's so hot and talented too but I mostly like him cuz he's hot anyway, why is his thread so far back? are all his fans gone?

Hideaki Ito getting married

Actor Ito Hideaki will be getting married to a company employee 8 years his junior. The couple is expected to submit their marriage registration on October 24.

On October 22, Ito sent a handwritten letter to media outlets via his agency. He announced, "This is a personal matter, but I would like to humbly announce that I will register my marriage on October 24. My partner is a former company employee, a non-celebrity woman who I've been dating for some time now."

On his decision to get married, he stated, "I respect her both as a woman and as a human being. I made up my mind to live together with someone who has such compassion." His agency added, "Because his partner is a non-celebrity woman, we would like to withhold the details that led to their relationship as well as their dating period."
