Hello!

I live in Hawaii and there are usually a couple of Bon Dances every year. I go to them, but since I don't know how to do any of them, I just watch. ><

Is there like a website or a DVD or VHS or whatever with the different Bon Dances (maybe even an instructional video ) so I can learn?

I myself dance bon odori.

as far as internet tuorials im not too sure there are any.

however, practices are held regulary during obon season here.

I live on Oahu.

There's another one coming up this weekend so maybe I'll try a few dances ^^''

I can only find the traditional, slower version >< I always wanted to dance to it!

there really isn't much about it. just follow the rhythm and the way (movements) that everyone else is doing.
-that's what i do when i attend bon dances.
no one will criticize, as long as you're having fun. -trust me, i know from (a lot) of experience.
