I just saw in an entertainment news that they are making a Hollywood Version of Shall weDansu. Starring Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere, also Susan Surandon plays the wife.
By the way I absolutely love the Original version. Who's the actress who played the dance instructress who's a ballet dancer in real life?
I've heard that the Hollywood version will be released this year. Bloody hell, why can they come up with something original these days..I'm not too keen to watch the remake version, since I got so traumatized by the remake of RINGU..lousy remake that was.
Anyway, that actress name is Tamiyo Kusakari she's really graceful and beautiful too. I really like Shall We Dance, the J-version of course.

We share the same sentiments, first it was The Ring, then The Grudge, then Shall we Dance. Oh wait, even before there was the Hollywood version of Godzilla. Looks like their running out of ideas.
OT: I'm looking forward to Kill Bill vol. 2 though

Hollywood bores me nowadays..I just yawn watching their remake especially RINGU, it wasn't scary at all..I mean c'mon I almost overslept watching it. Do you know that they are going to do a remake on "DARKWATER" ?!!
Yeah, kill bill is pretty good although I don't like Uma Thurman that much I still think Angelina Jolie is more suitable to be THE BRIDE. Then again I'm not Quentin Tarantino's. He made that film especially for Uma and guess what He fell in love with her prior Uma's marriage to Ethan Hawke and even now he offered himself to her if she wants a husband he's available...D'uh! She only treats him as bestfriend..poor Quentin.

I can't believe that they're even gonna make a remake of Darkwater. Maybe they should also make Hollywood version of Banshun or Rashomon while they are at it.
OT: Poor Quentin, the things you'd do for love. Maybe he should go after Gogo from Kill Bill and promise her Hollywood Stardom.
