I'm sure this song's in japanese, but I cannot make out what they're singing, so I cannot do a very good google search for it.

BTW, the background noises (cars, etc) make it sound like the song is ripped from a video? Where did the song come from? any more details you know about it? I couldn't make out any distinct Japanese words, but that doesn't mean much.
