I mentioned in a different thread that I didn't like Tamura Masakazu, and since then I watched his "Souri to Yobanaide". I went back and looked for other comments about him in this thread and both Ahochaude and Akakage said they found his voice annoying. And I think that's exactly my impression too. His voice just annoys me. It's like it's a little hoarse, and sometimes halting. I also don't find much different in his character between Oyaji, Otousan and now "Souri".

he's not someone you can take a lot of at once... that's for sure, but he does play the father roles well.
