I thought this drama ended on just the right note - a hint of where the relationship is heading but not too explicit yet. If there is a sequel it will probably be a mundane description of yet another loving couple with an age difference etc.

Isn't there already a Kimi special? I dwnld from a bittorrent site long time ago. Though there's no subtitles, I enjoyed watching the behind-the-scenes actions, especially the rapport btwn Koyuki and Matsujun. They're both so kawai in their casual-self, looking very relaxed and without any air or pretensions, really down-to-earth types. The most funny part was a scene where Koyuki knocked her forehead against Matsujun's to show how Sumire was in control of her 'pet' (a master reprimanding her naughty pet!). Unfortunately she really knocked herself real hard, but had to act as if it was nothing. But after the camera was off, she cried out in pain. It was really funny. Other scenes showed her & matsujun's rapport with fellow cast members & matsujun practising his dance routines - really serious stuff there - he wasn't smiling at all!
through it all, I wished I could understand what was being said...sigh.

Yeah, I tend to agree abt that too. There's already so many dramas out there abt this older-younger relationships. Perhaps, another drama where both these stars act together again but with a different storyline. They seemed to be so hot together. I liked the scene in the last epi where Sumire welcomed Momo back at her apartment, the slight kiss and hug was so touching, as if Sumire realised for the first time that Momo is her first true love. That was sugoi! There's no other touching scenes like that in the jdoramas that I've watched apart from Long Vacation.

I've searched everywhere and I can't seem to find a torrent of Kimi wa Petto. Does anyone know where I might be able to download it please? Thank you!!!

I agree...I think the magic will be lost the minute Momo stops becoming a 'petto'. Most of my enjoyment came from watching their master/pet affection. The ending of the drama couldn't have been better!

i'd admit, this one was hard to get into, and maintain, but i finally finished it...
and the ending was tame...and overall, it was an ok j-drama.
