The only movie I'm rooting for is The Last Samurai... It has nominations for Best Supporting Actor (Watanabe Ken), Art Direction, Costume Design, and Sound... If it wins a couple, I'll be happy. If Ken wins, I'll be ecstatic.

Well what did everyonbe think of the Oscar awards show. I loved the introduction bu Billy Crystal. Very funny. I was very glad to see Lord of the Rings walk away with the show. I would have liked to see Johnny Depp win best actor, and of course I was cheering on Ken for Best supporting actor. Oh well I enjoeyd it.

well I was hoping that Ken Watanbe will get the Oscar for tha supporting role but Tim Robbins got it in the end. Anyway the Oscars were great as usual

LOTR won 11/11 awards - every category it was in it won. It is tied with Titanic and Ben Hur for the most awards for a movie.

That just amazes me that L.O.T.R. won all 11 it was nomininated for. On the same token I think it was 100 times better than Titanic which also won 11. I hate Leonardo.

lol, im currently watching the oscars, missed em yesterday cuz of the time difference. ps i dispise LOTR, two towers was ok but the fellowship and the return of the king totally sucked
