Haha. Yeah, cuz the name of k-Nodame is Nae-il, which means "tomorrow", so the remake goes by a number of names: Naeildo Cantabile, Naeil's Cantabile, Tomorrow Cantabile, Cantabile Tomorrow...

It looks like power went out when it was raining last night. Which means "blink-blink" everywhere "blink-blink" it's 12:00 "blink-blink". Shake Head

The rock apes at the US Postal Service. Bang Head

You would think if something was in a cardboard envelope with another piece of cardboard inside to keep it straight it shouldn't be bent. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox, leave a notice to have it picked up at the post office.

But rather than do that, they bent it like a pretzel and jammed it in the mailbox. They probably couldn't leave a notice because obviously they don't have enough brains to know how to read and write! Beat You

Two things:

1) Watching "Hana Moyu" (somebody's got to) and missed the name of one of the actors during the opening credits so I grabbed my remote thinking I would reverse it. Except it's an over the air broadcast. Bonk

2) Over at Mitsuwa this morning picked up my usual 3-pack of natto and I notice this lady looking at me like, "What the hell is HE buying that for?!!?" Confused

There was this book (long out of print) that I've been trying to get on EBay for several years but would always get outbid. But last week I FINALLY was high bidder and got !! w00t!

Then this morning during my usual Saturday morning running around I stopped in a used book store and there it was for $10. Doh!

Needless to say I paid quite a bit more than $10 for it. Next order of business is to decide which one to put on EBay to recoup some of my investment $. Deal!

Driving around today, came around a corner and this dog ran out in the street. The owner runs out, grabs the dog and starts scolding him.

I was really tempted to get out of my car and tell the owner that if he's either a) too lazy or b) too stupid to put the dog on a leash it isn't the dogs fault. Beat You

Watching "Family Feud" and the question was: Name something that helps students get better grades.

Number One answer) Studying. Good

Number Two answer) Cheating. OMG

Civilization as we know it is nearing the end. Shake Head

We're definitely heading in that direction: I was watching the news this morning and they reported that 10% of college students think Judge Judy is on the Supreme Court. Shake Head

I'm surprised the percentage wasn't higher. These a lot of idiots out there.

Went down to Little Tokyo for the last day of Nisei Week, the taiko, calligraphy, etc. There was a place selling okonomiyaki, yakisoba, takoyaki, etc. Of course, the line was pretty long. When the three people together ahead of me get to the front of the line, then they start asking each other, "What do you want?" "You want this, or this?" "I dunno, I kind of like this, but not that."

Why couldn't they have hashed that out during the 15 minutes they were waiting in line instead of not until they got up to the cashier?!!? Beat You

Banks.

For some reason the bank decided to deduct this months rent check from my account twice. Head Scratch

The easy part was finding the mistake. The hard part was convincing them that it was their fault. Beat You
