LOL The tavern was my latest addition.
We have added several.
What can I say? It's a festive place.
And today except for the people I am done.
It's awesome.
Finally I can do the tree. There have been decoration boxes every where for weeks. Took longer, of course , than I planned. And worth it. Next year will be easy though. As the waterways and layout are complete. Think we are going to post a YouTube tour.
Happy holidays brad2 To you as well. I've seen Scrooge with Albert Finney 4 times already. _________________

Holy- Moly Eve. I thought I went to town this year, but yours puts me to shame.

Your Christmas creation is amazing, buddy!
Sounds fantastic!
It was very fine holiday.
I must say I was totally happy with the Xmas community this year. I bought all the extra buildings 2 years ago. They were a wedding gift from my sister.
But last year we were both laid up during December. So this thanksgiving I told my husband if we were going to do it we had to start then. Glad I didnt know exactly how long it would take. I did the very final touches tonight. _________________

What a lovely hobby you have for the holidays. Must really engage you in the spirit of the season. Best wishes on a Happy New Year.

It was certainly entertaining to put together. THough Im glad that next year it will only ned to be put together and not built from scatch.
As a kid decorations were only at my fathers house. My mother was not into it. Too much work she felt.
Though Im not complaining, she was always generous with our gifts.
Still ....the little Christmas County (Too big to call it a village) fills a certain childhood fantasy for both of us.
As well as providing the spirit of the season. Late at night with only the small buildings lit, we have a festive and crime free community. Cant beat that.
