Mine is Tae Kwon Do. I like the discipline, Olympic Style Sparring, and of course the various Kicks!

Bruce Lee invented Jeet Kune Do. Originally, Bruce practiced Kung Fu.
He thought that Kung Fu and other traditional martial arts were "trapped" in all the forms. So he invented Jeet Kune Do to be "formless".
Forms are like Kata in Karate, or Poomse in Tae Kwon Do. The forms are also traditional stances that have been used for ages.
Bruce basically took ideas from many martial arts, and sought a "formless" art, so that he could be limitless in his new art.

I like Kung Fu (it should actually be called Chinese Martial Arts) because there are soooo many different forms. I have actually learned several different style of fighting for my previous acting gigs (only the form though, not much chikara, Sweat, as chinese martial arts emphasize Inner power (endurance and raw power) and Outer Power (Stances and forms). It is harder to achieve inner power. According to martial arts novels and movies, they can take up to 100 years to perfect, hence all the martial arts specialist are usually old people (of course, except the hero of the story, Smile )... Guess I have seen too much of Jin Yon's dramas, hehe.

Well, I'm a master of the ancient art of Bu Fu, a/k/a the Stealthy Attack From Behind. By the time you hear the battle yell, "Bohica!", it's all over, your ass is mine, so to speak.
