Actually, Ruth Anne would be ��[�X�E�A�� [ru-su an], and Carlos is �J��X [karurosu]. Wink

I think you mean "elite" (�G��g). Someone special that's gone to an "elite" university and when they get a job because of their education that puts them on the fast track to upper management.
