Nope. November 28 (the day after Thanksgiving) is get up really early (5:00AM) and shop til you drop day... Not me. I'm sleeping in.

I haven't reached saturation yet, but I'm getting there.
Dry turkey? A frequent problem. Ever watch America's Test Kitchen on PBS? The cure for dry, flavorless turkey is brining: soaking the turkey before roasting in a solution of salt, suger, and seasonings overnight... It works!
