Nope. November 28 (the day after Thanksgiving) is get up really early (5:00AM) and shop til you drop day... Not me. I'm sleeping in. hehe

And you're not sick of it yet? Actually, I never eat turkey on T-giving, it's too dry. I'd eat everything but, tho. Still ended up with mega leftovers of turkey.

Dry turkey? A frequent problem. Ever watch America's Test Kitchen on PBS? The cure for dry, flavorless turkey is brining: soaking the turkey before roasting in a solution of salt, suger, and seasonings overnight... It works! Big Grin

Sorry, bm. You're prolly right with the brining of dthe dry turkey. I just have a really hard time thinking of you subbing for martha stewart. Ryoko chan on the other hand, I'm imaginging now in the kitchen with her apron on (and nothing else!) hahahahaha!
