It’s been a wild few years.

Fell from the roof and broke some ribs & bones in my spine (no spinal cord damage though).
Wrote a very popular Twilight fanfic (yes, really!).
Was separated for a year, then reconciled.
Had two holidays to Britain / Europe.
Sold our home and had a new one built. Now me and Mrs AD are empty nesters.
Just recently started a new job after 26 years in the last one.

I’ve had Covid. It was pretty horrible, but not life threatening lol. We haven’t had fires near us, fortunately, but the floods caused a lot of problems. Not our home though, it’s high enough not to be affected Sweat

How have you guys been? Looks like you’re the last ones standing.
I’ve just started digitising my JDrama DVD’s, brought back all sorts of memories of this place! Dancing I had forgotten how many DVDs I had. They got packed in a box when we moved and I only just found them again.

Glad you survived Covid. At the start it looked like that was pretty much a death sentence. Sweat

Eve comes around from time to time, but other than that, pretty much a ghost town here. cleanup

The "smart" TV that I've had for a few years decided to go haywire, the color was nothing but a green tint. Since, unlike the "olden days" of analog where you had various color controls, there is none of that now. So, I did the only thing I could. I gave it a firm "whack" on the side. Tolerance

Picture and color returned back to normal. Perfectly fine. "Smart" indeed. Rolling eyes

That's called "Percussive Maintenance". Beat You

The apps on our "Smart" TV stopped working and wouldn't update. So no streaming services. So I bought a Google Chromecast and Google TV (remote). Works like a charm Smile
