This lady is beautiful! Especially in the "Gokusen"-series, which I recently started...
And I'm sure you've seen Trick so no sense in recommending it, Love & Pop was a really cool early movie of hers.
One warning though, don't get on her bad side.

No, I haven't seen TRICK yet. Was going to start it a few months back, but I ended up watching something else. But I'm sure that when I'm done with the Gokusen-series, I will start the TRICK-series

^ The Trick series is way, way, way better than the Gokusen series, especially since Abe Hiroshi is in it.
He is in there, yes. And I'm glad he's been for the past ten years
I'll switch Trick and Gokusen. When I finish the first season of Gokusen, I'll watch the first season of Trick and then I'll start the second series of Gokusen. And so on...
recently i've started watching the trick-series. and i'm currently at part 1.
i'm quite confused by the last 2 episodes.
is naoko yamada a real psychic? what is her power? does she know about her power and can she exercise it at will?
how exactly was naoko's dad killed? the villagers made naoko stole the key and brainwashed her?
what exactly is the sequence of events?
- the villagers got naoko to steal her dad's key and kept it in her secret box. Without knowing that his key was stolen, he performed his routine magic trick and could not escape in time, and was subsequently killed.
Before his death, he wrote the letter where he detailed that naoko was used by the villagers?
but why did naoko's dad said that there's real psychic in the world?

thanks. =)
i would suggest holding on until you've watched season 3 (and the movies as well)... although...
SPOILER ALERT!!!
those points were never really elaborated on afterwards except that satomi came from the sorcerers' island and that naoko therefore has 'sorcerer blood' in her veins. perhaps the writers were planning on making a more supernatural theme, but the ueda-yamada interaction became the main attraction as the show progressed and they eventually dropped/ignored the 'heavier' tone altogether. _________________

gAkujotachi no Mesh is based on a novel called, gIncidentc Akujotachi no Mesh by author Hata Takehiko. Itfs set in a large hospital, with Nakama playing as one of the best neurosurgeons in Japan. Actress Nakahara Towako makes an appearance as a coordinator who stands between the doctors and the patients, and tries to find the most appropriate medical treatment for the individual cases.
All three characters are said to be very persistent women, and it will be the viewerfs task to decide which one of them is the most wicked in the story. b
Nakama commented, gI was coached by medical specialists for the surgery scenes. I think it turned into a very fast-paced and thrilling medical drama.h
Seto commented, gIt was a difficult role, but it made me grow further as an actress.h
The special drama gAkujotachi no Mesh is supposed to air on a Friday evening in December, but an exact date has yet to be announced.
