Once again, thanks for all the concern. Recovery has been slow & steady, and i'm actually sleeping in my own bed at last (although rolling over & getting up takes about 10 minutes). Still on the sleep-inducing painkillers unfortunately. I'll be happy when my ribs aren't poking me in my, um, ribs when I lie down Wink

Sorry I haven't been around, i'm just not much in the mood for anything ATM Sad

Eh, don't worry about that... Just relax and allow yourself to heal. Victory! Peace!

Oh, BTW Wyn-chan, the doc said the bruising was from the breaks in my vertebrae. Apparently when they break, there's a lot of blood, and it has to go somewhere. UGH!

Eeek. Sweat

I think she's okay. I exchanged a few e-mails with her yesterday and she's out of town visiting family. Smile

Hi A.D.
Got the message and glad you are improving. It's a pain... but it will end and you will be fine. Lots of pillows and don't try any yoga yet....

I understand the ladder part, 'cause I sorta have a fear of heights, but the cleaning... Nooo. Smile

@GM- It was a crazy amount of rain and wind but we were pleased how well we had the farm prepared. Thanks for thinking of us. Mr Green

Any news from AD? It has been awhile and I hope he's feeling better. Fingers crossed

In the meantime, I got rid of my plaster 3 weeks ago and it's almost all good.

He's been back at work for a while, according to his Facebook page.

He did post a pic of his back, showing the bruising and whatnot... Not pretty. Sweat

I'm sincerely glad to hear you've recovered from your injury. You're definitely a welcome member of the "usual suspects" here on this board. Big Grin
